Job Summary

Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect for a full-time remote position to lead the design and governance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalability and alignment with business priorities across various modules including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and oversee ServiceNow platform architecture across multiple domains
• Lead architecture reviews and establish standards for data model usage and integrations
• Drive platform upgrades, release management, and performance improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Eight or more years of ServiceNow experience in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and strong understanding of the platform internals
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and complex integration scenarios
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certifications
