Job Summary

Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect, the full-time remote position will lead the design, governance, and evolution of the ServiceNow platform across multiple domains while collaborating with stakeholders to align technology with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the ServiceNow platform architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications
• Lead architecture reviews and establish standards for data model usage, custom-table creation, and CMDB design
• Drive performance improvements and major platform upgrades, ensuring stability and alignment with business priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Eight or more years of ServiceNow experience, particularly in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and complex integration scenarios
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certifications
