ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary

To lead the design and governance of the ServiceNow platform, the full-time remote ServiceNow Architect will define architecture across multiple domains, drive integration strategies, and mentor team members while ensuring platform scalability and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define ServiceNow platform architecture spanning ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and custom applications
• Lead architecture reviews and establish standards for data models, custom tables, and CMDB design
• Architect integrations with enterprise systems and design platform-wide security and role models

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Eight or more years of ServiceNow experience, particularly in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and strong understanding of platform internals
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and complex integration scenarios
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certifications
