ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect for a full-time remote position to lead the design and governance of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications while driving standards for data, integration, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the ServiceNow platform architecture across various modules
• Lead architecture reviews and establish standards for data models and custom applications
• Drive performance and scalability improvements while mentoring team members on best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Eight or more years of ServiceNow experience in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules and strong understanding of platform internals
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and complex integrations
• ServiceNow certifications such as CTA, CIS, or CSA are preferred
