Job Summary

Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect for a full-time remote position to lead the design and governance of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications while ensuring scalability and alignment with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the architecture for the ServiceNow platform across various modules and lead design approvals
• Establish standards for data model usage, integrations, and security strategies while driving performance improvements
• Mentor team members on best practices and coordinate with stakeholders to translate process needs into ServiceNow capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Eight or more years of experience with ServiceNow, particularly in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules and strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and platform internals
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and complex integration scenarios
• ServiceNow certifications such as CTA, CIS, or CSA are preferred
