Job Summary

Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to join a dynamic team in a full-time remote position, where the candidate will lead the design, governance, and evolution of the ServiceNow platform across various domains including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD, while driving standards for integration, security, and customization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define ServiceNow platform architecture and lead architecture reviews and design approvals
• Establish standards for data model usage, custom-table creation, and CMDB design
• Drive performance, scalability, and instance-health improvements while mentoring developers and coordinating with security teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Eight or more years of ServiceNow experience, particularly in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and complex integration scenarios
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certifications
