ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect for a full-time remote position, responsible for leading the design and governance of the ServiceNow platform across various domains, establishing architectural standards, and driving performance improvements while collaborating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the architecture of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules
• Lead architecture reviews and establish standards for data models, custom applications, and CMDB design
• Drive platform upgrades and health initiatives, ensuring stability and alignment with business priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Eight or more years of ServiceNow experience, particularly in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules and strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and complex integration scenarios
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certifications
