Job Summary

Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for leading the design and governance of the ServiceNow platform, driving standards for data integration, security, and customization while collaborating with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the ServiceNow platform architecture across multiple domains including ITSM, ITOM, and custom applications
• Lead architecture reviews and establish standards for data models, integrations, and security protocols
• Mentor team members on best practices and manage major platform upgrades and health initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Eight or more years of experience with ServiceNow, particularly in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules and strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and CMDB implementations
• ServiceNow certifications such as CTA, CIS, or CSA are preferred
