ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a ServiceNow Architect with 10 years of hands-on experience, the full-time remote position will design, build, and optimize enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, and SPM, while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with project leads on high-priority implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including workflows and service catalog items
• Manage update sets and perform code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards and best practices
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and various enterprise systems, ensuring data reliability and traceability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with multiple full-lifecycle implementations
• Deep proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules and Client Scripts
• Proven experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub for enterprise system integrations
• Strong knowledge of ITSM modules and experience with Service Portal development
