Job Summary

Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect, the full-time remote position will lead the design and governance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business priorities while managing architecture reviews and establishing standards across various modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Define ServiceNow platform architecture and lead design approvals across modules
• Drive CMDB strategy, including discovery and service mapping, while establishing data model standards
• Mentor team members and produce high-quality architecture artifacts to capture key technical decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Eight or more years of ServiceNow experience, particularly in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and strong understanding of platform security and data model
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and complex integration scenarios
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certifications
