ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote ServiceNow Architect will provide technical guidance, develop standards for platform health, and create detailed strategies aligned with client needs while leveraging the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standards and practices for the ServiceNow platform architecture
• Provide technical guidance for platform development and solutions across the organization
• Assess the health of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on performance, usability, and security

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture with at least 5+ years in the ServiceNow ecosystem
• Experience with at least 2 implementation projects for large customers
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and multiple ServiceNow products
• Experience in migrating between various environments in ServiceNow
• Ability to work in a consulting and advisory role with clients
