Job Summary

Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect for a full-time remote position to lead the design and governance of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications while driving standards for data, integration, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Define architecture for the ServiceNow platform across various modules and lead architecture reviews
• Establish standards for data models, custom applications, and drive CMDB strategy and integrations
• Mentor team members on best practices and coordinate with stakeholders to align process needs with ServiceNow capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Eight or more years of ServiceNow experience in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and designing CMDB implementations
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certifications
