Job Summary

Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and governance of the ServiceNow platform across various domains in a full-time remote position, responsible for defining architecture, driving standards, and mentoring teams to ensure scalability and alignment with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define ServiceNow platform architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications
• Lead architecture reviews and establish standards for data model usage and CMDB design
• Architect integrations with enterprise systems and drive platform upgrades and performance improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Eight or more years of ServiceNow experience, particularly in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and strong understanding of platform security and ACLs
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and complex integration scenarios
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certifications
