ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for leading the design and governance of the ServiceNow platform across various domains, driving standards for integration and security, and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Define ServiceNow platform architecture and lead architecture reviews and governance for changes across modules
• Establish standards for data model usage, integrations, and platform security while driving performance improvements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate process needs into ServiceNow capabilities and mentor team members on best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Eight or more years of ServiceNow experience, particularly in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and platform internals
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and complex integration scenarios
• Experience leading major upgrades and release planning with strong stakeholder management skills
