ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for leading the design and governance of the ServiceNow platform across various domains, establishing architecture standards, and driving platform improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern ServiceNow platform architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications
• Lead architecture reviews and establish standards for data models, integrations, and security strategies
• Mentor team members and partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into ServiceNow capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Eight or more years of ServiceNow experience, particularly in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and strong understanding of the platform's data model and security
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and complex integration scenarios
• ServiceNow certifications such as CTA, CIS, or CSA are preferred
