Job Summary

Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to join a dynamic team in a full-time remote position, responsible for leading the design and governance of the ServiceNow platform across various domains, establishing standards, and driving integrations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

• Define ServiceNow platform architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications
• Lead architecture reviews and establish standards for data models and integrations
• Drive platform upgrades and improvements while mentoring team members on best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Eight or more years of ServiceNow experience in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub and complex integration scenarios
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certifications
