ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote ServiceNow Architect will lead the design and governance of the ServiceNow platform across various modules, ensuring scalability and alignment with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the architecture for the ServiceNow platform, covering ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications
• Lead architecture reviews and establish standards for data models, custom-table creation, and CMDB design
• Drive integrations with enterprise systems and oversee major platform upgrades and release management cycles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Eight or more years of ServiceNow experience in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and complex integration scenarios
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certifications
