ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to work full-time in a remote capacity, responsible for leading the design and governance of the ServiceNow platform across various modules, driving standards for integration, security, and customization while collaborating with stakeholders to align technology with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the architecture of the ServiceNow platform across multiple domains including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD
• Lead architecture reviews and establish standards for data models, custom applications, and CMDB design
• Drive performance improvements and coordinate major platform upgrades while mentoring team members on best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Eight or more years of ServiceNow experience in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and complex integration scenarios
• ServiceNow certifications such as CTA, CIS, or CSA are preferred
