Job Summary

Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to join a dynamic team in a full-time, remote position, responsible for leading the design and governance of the ServiceNow platform across various domains, ensuring scalability and alignment with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define ServiceNow platform architecture and lead architecture reviews and governance for module changes
• Establish standards for data model usage, custom-table creation, and CMDB design while driving CMDB strategy
• Architect integrations with enterprise systems and lead major platform upgrades and release management cycles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Eight or more years of ServiceNow experience, with significant time in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and platform internals
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and complex integration scenarios
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certifications
