ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect, the full-time remote position will lead the design and governance of the ServiceNow platform across various domains, ensuring scalability and alignment with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the architecture for the ServiceNow platform, covering ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications
• Lead architecture reviews, design approvals, and governance for ServiceNow module changes
• Drive the CMDB strategy, including discovery, service mapping, and data quality programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Eight or more years of ServiceNow experience, particularly in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and complex integration scenarios
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certifications
