Job Summary

Leading solution design and architecture for enterprise ServiceNow initiatives, the full-time salaried ServiceNow Architect will manage end-to-end solution architecture across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and CMDB, while providing technical leadership and guiding development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for assigned workstreams across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and CMDB
• Design and govern data models, workflows, business rules, UI/UX, and platform configurations
• Architect integrations with internal and external systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong architecture and solution design expertise
• Hands-on experience across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, CMDB, and platform integrations
• Proven experience with ServiceNow platform migrations or multi-instance consolidation
• Strong CSDM, CMDB, and enterprise data model design experience
• Experience designing integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and related technologies
