ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary

To support a large-scale ServiceNow platform migration, the full-time contract ServiceNow Architect will design and implement scalable Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end solution design for the CSM workstream, including data models and workflows
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions
• Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with significant Solution Architecture responsibilities
• Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Experience leading solution design for large-scale ServiceNow implementations or migrations
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow data models, workflows, and integrations
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Now Assist and Virtual Agent capabilities is highly desirable
