ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments, the remote ServiceNow Architect will manage architecture decisions, build integrations with AWS and other applications, and establish governance frameworks in a 12-month contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable ServiceNow platform architectures to meet enterprise ITSM and business requirements
• Lead solution design reviews and provide architectural guidance while ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational standards
• Establish platform governance frameworks and technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, application design, and workflow automation
• Proven experience designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and AWS or other enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and ServiceNow development lifecycle management
• Demonstrated ability to provide architectural guidance and enforce best practice standards
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences
