Job Summary

Seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect for a fully remote, 12-month contract role, who will lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments while collaborating with Agile teams and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable ServiceNow platform architectures that meet enterprise ITSM and business requirements
• Lead solution design reviews and provide architectural guidance, ensuring compliance with ServiceNow best practices
• Architect and implement integrations between ServiceNow, AWS, and other enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs

Required qualifications

• Deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, application design, and workflow automation
• Proven experience with integrations between ServiceNow and cloud or enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and ServiceNow development lifecycle management
• Demonstrated ability to provide architectural guidance and enforce best practice standards
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
