ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments, the remote ServiceNow Architect will manage architecture decisions, build integrations with AWS and other applications, and establish governance standards in a 12-month contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable ServiceNow platform architectures to meet enterprise ITSM and business needs
• Lead solution design reviews and provide architectural guidance while ensuring adherence to best practices
• Architect and implement integrations between ServiceNow, AWS, and other enterprise applications using APIs and IntegrationHub

Required qualifications

• Deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, application design, and workflow automation
• Proven experience with integrations between ServiceNow and AWS or other cloud environments
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ServiceNow development lifecycle management
• Experience in establishing platform governance models and technical roadmaps
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences
