Job Summary

Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect, the full-time remote position will manage business transformation initiatives, lead process assessments, and design future-state processes to enhance operational efficiency and automation capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor for process architecture and transformation, partnering with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and operational challenges
• Facilitate current-state discovery and future-state process design, ensuring processes are simplified, standardized, and scalable for automation
• Develop process architecture artifacts and transformation roadmaps while collaborating with technical teams to translate designs into scalable solutions

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business transformation, process architecture, or related fields
• 5+ years leading complex business process transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities
• Proven ability to assess complex business processes and design sustainable future-state processes
• Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM)
