Job Summary

To lead solution architecture and drive platform best practices, the full-time remote ServiceNow Architect will engage with business stakeholders, design end-to-end ServiceNow SPM solutions, and provide technical leadership across implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow SPM solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Lead solution architecture discussions and provide technical leadership across ServiceNow implementations
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution roadmaps
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of ServiceNow Architecture experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
  • Expertise in designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, security, and governance
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
