Job Summary
Leading the design and delivery of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions, the full-time remote ServiceNow Architect will manage end-to-end solution architecture across multiple modules, ensuring compliance with best practices and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure ServiceNow designs aligned with platform best practices
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams while ensuring compliance with security and performance standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 14 years of total IT industry experience, with at least 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong command of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules, including configuration and governance
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and IntegrationHub
- Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions through the full delivery lifecycle
