Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time salaried ServiceNow Architect will define the architectural roadmap for ServiceNow, assess technical issues, and evaluate emerging capabilities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and communicate the architectural roadmap for ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategy
- Assess technical issues and provide recommendations for architectural decisions and solution options
- Establish and enforce architectural guidelines, best practices, and governance frameworks across the platform
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Ten (10) years of prior experience in a similar role
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and at least one additional ServiceNow Certification
- ITIL Certified
- Active Security Clearance Required
