Job Summary
To support a client in the Industrial Technology domain, the contract ServiceNow Architect will guide Technical Consultants, oversee the AI agents workstream, and articulate technical requirements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Guide Technical Consultants and serve as the primary technical liaison with the client
- Oversee the AI agents workstream and ensure alignment with project goals
- Decompose complex concepts and articulate the thought process behind technical solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related IT field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture
- Required certifications: CAD, CSA, and 2 CIS
- Experience in articulating technical requirements and solutions
- Ability to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
