• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow architecture solutions

• Map business requirements with ServiceNow standard functionality while minimizing customization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture design and implementation
• CTA certification is mandatory
• Experience with ITOM, Telecom Service Management, and integrations
• 5+ years of experience in JavaScript, AngularJS, and web services (RESTful/SOAP)
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow governance and upgrade-safe design practices
