ServiceNow Architect - Financial Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Architect (Financial Services Focused).

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions focused on Financial Services Operations (FSO) and Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Lead solution design across various financial workflows and customize the ServiceNow platform using scripting components and integrations
• Collaborate with Agile teams for sprint planning and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and ITIL frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 10-14+ years of overall ServiceNow platform experience
• Strong hands-on experience with FSO and CSM implementations in financial services environments
• Proven track record of designing and implementing at least one end-to-end FSO solution
• 2-4+ years of direct ServiceNow configuration and customization experience
• Deep understanding of CSDM, CMDB, and Financial Services Data Models
