Job Summary
A company is looking for an ITSM - ServiceNow Architect.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of ServiceNow ITSM solutions
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops and provide consultative guidance to clients
- Maintain documentation and support the execution of releases and product upgrades
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of professional IT experience with 5+ years in ITSM
- Proficiency in scripting with JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell
- Experience in advanced administration and configuration on an ITSM platform
- ServiceNow Certified Administrator and Implementation Specialist preferred
