ServiceNow Architect (New York Licensed)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Lead / Architect focused on Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical owner of the ServiceNow platform and lead a team of developers
• Design and implement solutions across Customer Service Management and Financial Services Operations modules
• Oversee development processes, including Agile sprint planning and code reviews

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Lead, Architect, or Senior Developer
• Hands-on expertise with Customer Service Management and Financial Services Operations
• Experience leading development teams and client-facing implementations
• Strong scripting experience within the ServiceNow framework
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one Implementation Certification preferred
