Expertise in ITSM, CMDB, HW Asset Management, and MID Server integration
Proven experience with Proven Optics, SPM, and GRC modules in ServiceNow
Strong understanding of database structures and front-end technologies
Active Secret Clearance and eligibility for government requirements
