ServiceNow Automation Developer

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time temporary ServiceNow Automation Developer will develop and maintain custom workflows, APIs, and technical documentation while working remotely for a duration of 9 months.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom workflows/flows, APIs, and other capabilities as needed
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong expertise in Flow Designer and/or ServiceNow Workflow Editor
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
• Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML)
