ServiceNow Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a long-term contract basis, the ServiceNow Automation Engineer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end ServiceNow workflows while automating high-priority tasks and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Automate high-priority tasks and services across Infrastructure, Platforms & Operations
• Execute the full software development lifecycle for automation projects, including requirements gathering and deployment
• Create advanced automation scripts using JavaScript and ensure compliance with security policies and regulations

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software development and automation
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Orchestration
• Advanced skills in JavaScript and Glide APIs
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and ServiceNow CMDB Data model
