ServiceNow BCM Developer

Job Summary

To design and implement Business Continuity Management solutions, the full-time ServiceNow BCM Developer will customize ServiceNow modules, collaborate with stakeholders, and enhance existing implementations while ensuring adherence to ITSM best practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop ServiceNow BCM solutions aligned with organizational continuity requirements
• Configure and customize ServiceNow BCM modules, including Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessment, and Continuity Plans
• Develop workflows, business rules, and integrations within ServiceNow while providing ongoing support and optimization

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 6 to 8 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow BCM or GRC modules
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks
