ServiceNow BCM Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled ServiceNow BCM Developer, the full-time position will design, develop, and implement Business Continuity Management solutions within the ServiceNow platform, requiring hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules and strong scripting capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow BCM solutions aligned with organizational continuity requirements
• Configure and customize ServiceNow BCM modules, including Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessment, and Continuity Plans
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 6 to 8 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow BCM or GRC modules
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks
