Job Summary

A company is looking for a Build Lead ServiceNow Integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, and integrations
• Serve as the technical owner for ServiceNow builds, ensuring alignment to platform best practices and architectural standards
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior and mid-level developers, including code reviews and mentoring

Required Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - ITSM or CMDB
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, focusing on enterprise implementations
• Strong expertise in ITSM modules and deep experience with CMDB development
• Proven experience building and managing ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server)
• Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
