Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute root cause analysis during problematic situations to detect corrective and preventive actions
  • Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
  • Develop business case scenarios that meet real customer needs within specified frameworks

Required Qualifications:
  • 4-5 years of Business Analyst experience
  • Experience in end-to-end implementation of 2 or more ServiceNow modules and 1-2 years of previous ServiceNow Business Analyst experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or Process Engineering
  • Preferred certifications: CSPO (Certificate Scrum Product Owner) and CSM (Certificate Scrum Master)
  • 2 years designing and improving processes and projects
