Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical requirements for ServiceNow
Analyze existing workflows and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities
Act as a liaison between business teams and technical staff, facilitating communication and collaboration

Required Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
2+ years of experience in business process analysis and workflow automation
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
