ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst Tester.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the analysis, design, and testing of ServiceNow HRSD related technical capabilities
• Collaborate with project leadership and Subject Matter Experts to define, document, and validate detailed requirements and use cases
• Assist in executing Agile Scrum ceremonies and support test preparation and execution tasks for ServiceNow HRSD functionalities

Required Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments supporting project delivery
• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including HRSD capabilities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to document detailed requirements and use cases
• Experience with product testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
• U.S. work authorization (Citizens or Green Card holders)
