ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and capture clear requirements that support customer needs for User Stories
• Document processes, identify new requirements, and perform unit testing
• Facilitate project meetings, manage action items, and document test steps

Required Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent; M.S. preferred
• 5+ years of relevant Engagement Management experience in a consulting environment
• Experience with applications such as App Engine, CSM, HRSD, SPM
• ITIL v3 certification required; ServiceNow Administrator and Implementation Specialist certifications desired
• Thorough understanding of the ServiceNow platform and project management methodologies
