ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst (mid-level).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with government stakeholders to gather and define functional and technical requirements for ServiceNow implementations
• Facilitate prioritization of business needs and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Lead system and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience, preferably in a government or federal consulting environment
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and familiarity with its common modules
• Proficiency in developing business process documentation using Microsoft Visio or similar tools
• Active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one
