ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and process design for federal agency clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to gather and document business requirements aligned with agency mission goals
• Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications within Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Conduct gap analysis and collaborate with Agile Coach to design new processes for ServiceNow delivery teams

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret Level security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 3+ years on the ServiceNow platform
• Proven experience in federal contracting (DoD, DHS, or Civilian agencies)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required
