ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary

ServiceNow Business Analyst, a full-time remote position responsible for leading requirements gathering and process design for federal agency clients while ensuring compliance with federal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to gather and document business requirements aligned with agency goals
• Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications within Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Conduct gap analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to federal IT standards

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret Level security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on the ServiceNow platform
• Experience in the federal contracting space and Agile/Scrum environment
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required
