ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support government clients, the full-time remote Sr. ServiceNow Business Analyst will analyze business processes, translate requirements into technical solutions, and lead project management efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve business processes, creating efficient to-be workflows
• Translate user requests into technical requirements and oversee the development of computer programs
• Facilitate project management activities, including regular updates and collaboration with stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance
• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience as a technical business or data analyst with ServiceNow or a similar platform
• Working knowledge of Agile development practices and ceremonies
