ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support ServiceNow initiatives, the part-time ServiceNow Business Analyst will gather and document requirements, manage incoming requests, and create detailed documentation while working remotely for 20-25 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and other stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements
• Organize, track, and manage incoming requests and enhancements within internal systems
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, spreadsheets, and reporting related to ServiceNow initiatives

Required qualifications

• Experience using JIRA in a project or operational environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of ServiceNow fundamentals and platform capabilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
