ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the ServiceNow Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, optimize CMDB and Event Management processes, and support integrations with external tools to enhance enterprise IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document business and technical requirements for ServiceNow modules
• Analyze and support CMDB data model design, ensuring data integrity and optimization
• Drive enhancements for ServiceNow Event Management, including event correlation and automation workflows

Required Qualifications

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management
• Experience with data governance and optimization in IT service management
• Proficiency in defining requirements for integrations with external tools and platforms
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices for service management
• Ability to facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions effectively
